Once your site is approved by you and launched, we offer to make minor changes throughout the year as part of an annual maintenance contract. These are changes to phone numbers, email addresses and text, up to one hour of time. Additional changes, such as new photos, more text, and so on, are charged at an hourly rate. (Many changes can be made well within an hour’s time.) Annual maintenance, which includes hosting, domain and minor server problems, will be included in your initial quote, and will you be charged for this each year afterwards.
Your community will have its own domain name, such as www.poorclaressantabarbara.org, as well as the same name with the “.com” ending. You will be the legal owner of the domain name, and will be provided with the own username and password to allow FTP file access to the web server. With a content management system, you will be able to make changes to the website with your own computer.
